sooo...I dunno if I'm allowed to do this but I got tired of having to choose between my faith and my illness so I made this:
honey, please can you help me understand what you mean by choosing between the two?

I still have a stuffed bear i "stole" when I was just 2 months old... his name is also Mr. Bear... but he isn't just any bear... he is a PUPPET bear... My dad used to put me to sleep talking through Mr. Bear... I loved those days.. :)
That is really neat and I am sure it was more special for him to do that for you. Anyway, I had to go to the back of my closet to get my Mr. Bear and here he is.

when the Wizard of Oz came on the year i turned three, my sister and i watched it.

i would up sobbing about how mean the witch was, and remember dad carrying me to the kitchen, giving me a St Joseph's baby aspirin, and putting me to bed.

'cause that's how dad did things.

AWE!!!!

That sounds like something my dad would have done... wow.... :)

Did I mention that i put away a bunch of stuff that were my dad's? and that I basically cleaned up the clutter in my small apartment? It was actually very therapeutic and then I listened to "Oh Darling".... and cried my eyes out... but I needed that... I feel better after doing that...

SOOoooo...... yea... :)

in the secular world if I rely on my faith i'm wrong and I can't talk about it because no one understands and in the faith world if I give too much attention to my illness I'm wrong and I can't talk about it because 9 times out of ten having an illness means I just have to pray more or I have to read a certain Bible verse so then I go back to the secular wold but I do have questions about faith and my illness but they can't answer that. So I'm stuck!!

and I don't wanna be stuck any more so I mashed them together in a message board I made.

Sometimes we need to do that when we are missing someone we love and that they meant so much to us. You do know I am always here for you:)

I know no one can fully understand. And I know it's definitely easier said than done when it comes to not paying attention to those that may bash with what you're going through, and say things like "you're not trusting God enough" or "you're not praying hard enough." Just know that Christ in fact does love you, and He always will. I don't know if it helps any, but I do know what it's like when you hear the same thing constantly from people. It does take a toll after a while.

proactive, i like it. :)

i was diagnosed with PTSD once upon a time.
and it took time... to get past it.

prayer and the Bible helped, but truly? it was God Who did the work.
praying for you. ♥

Awe. Yours is adorable too:). I know mine needs a bath, he has been in storage for a while
(you know this but)

if you put him in the washer, place him in a pillowcase tied at the top.
that way you don't lose parts. :)
