i agree, why do we keep bumping this hate thread (and now im bumping). shameful a mod would make a sticky just to push his own opinions, thankfully its not a sticky anymore. maybe we can make some more hate threads about Jews, blacks, irish and all the rest of them. uggg
If there is any hate it is hate for a supposed church which has a record and doctrines which are so evil that they have to be hated. It is not hatred for people. As for the owner of the site. It is perfectly right that he should make clear the basis on which the site operates. It is not here to promulgate the heresies of the Roman Catholic church, and indeed stands firmly against them. He would do wrong NOT to oppose them. If he did not the blood of anyone deceived by them would be on his hands.

you can of course make any hate threads you like if you have hatred in your heart. We who uphold truth know nothing of such hatred..

Mwc68, I have proven over and over again that the Roman Catholic Church is teaching Doctrines that are the opposite of what the Holy Spirit teaches. The Doctrine of Mary being without sin is the opposite of what the Holy Spirit teaches. In fact all the Doctrines about Mary after the 1850's are based on unwritten traditions of men and not on the Truth from the Holy Spirit.

Since theses Doctrines are just the opposite of what the Holy Spirit teaches shows the Roman Catholic Church is a false church. You mwc68 are in a false church. Just like my family, they are also in a false church.

Why are you defending the Roman Catholic Church which follows the teachings of Satan and evil men mwc68?

We are to follow Jesus Christ only. We are to listen to the Holy Spirit only. Mary can do nothing for you mwc68 because the Mary of the Roman Catholic Church is a Demon in disguise deceiving people like you into following her.

Repent mwc68, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Reject Mary, reject the Roman Catholic Church. Read and study the Scriptures with the Holy Spirit.

Only by doing this will you ever enter into Heaven mwc68. Do you really want to spend Eternity in the Lake of Fire mwc68? Or would you rather spend Eternity in Heaven with us True Christians? Nowhere in the Scriptures does the Holy Spirit says only those in the Roman Catholic Church can enter into Heaven mwc68. You have been deceived by the Roman Catholic Church mwc68.

Its your choice mwc68.

No where in scripture does it say protestants are the only ones going to heaven as you assume!

No one is assuming such a thing. The word of God tells us how to be saved and just who are acceptable to God. It has nothing to do with any religion, or to do with any deed we perform, such as baptism.

I don't assume where you belong. Anyone who has come to the realization (by the Holy Spirit) that he is a sinner in need of a Saviour, and receives Jesus Christ as Saviour and makes Him Lord of his life will repent and receive complete forgiveness. Have you done this? If you have come to this point in your life, then you are assured salvation, not by anyone here, but by God Himself.

However, that said, many catholic people are under the illusion that they are saved by being sprinkled with water in their form of baptism, or by being "confirmed" into the catholic religion, or that they were born into it by virtue of their parents being catholic...both beliefs are false and unbiblical, and render one who follows this line of thinking as still in need of salvation. So, you need to be very careful about what you believe and to make sure you have the biblical view of things, rather than the religious view.

when dose denomination, stop you from believing. so if 3.16 john is correct, that would be a personal belief, yet some have no clue regarding rc belief or the core of being taught in the rc church. do all christian religions/sects, have the same bible, so what church or sect is following to the letter or in complete correctness. i would use the word hypocrites, if it had any meaning on this forum topic. lol

As i said before , each of you protestants seem to have a different path to Salvation. Some believe Osas, some don't. Some believe the trinity, some don't etc., etc. Can you understand my confusion? All the while each of you claim that your biblical view is the only one.

No, We believe that, because you try to replace the grace of God with your works. Your not the only denomination which does this, all those who teach legalism will suffer the same fate of the pharisees. It has nothing to do with what denomination one goes to. Thats your argument. and its faulty

You cannot enter into Heaven if you have not confessed with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, mwc68.

When you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus is how we receive Salvation mwc68.

Romans 10:4-10
[SUP]4 [/SUP] For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
[SUP]5 [/SUP] For Moses writes about the righteousness which is of the law, "The man who does those things shall live by them."
[SUP]6 [/SUP] But the righteousness of faith speaks in this way, "Do not say in your heart, 'Who will ascend into heaven?' " (that is, to bring Christ down from above)
[SUP]7 [/SUP] or, " 'Who will descend into the abyss?' " (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).
[SUP]8 [/SUP] But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith which we preach):
[SUP]9 [/SUP] that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
[SUP]10 [/SUP] For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

We cannot receive Salvation by Baptism mwc68.
We cannot receive Salvation by "Works" mwc68.
we cannot receive Salvation by being in the Roman Catholic Church mwc68.

This is not a "particular flavor of protestantism" mwc68. This is what the Holy Spirit teaches. You can say all you want against the Holy Spirit, it makes no difference, God is greater than you and the Roman Catholic Church.

Nowhere in the Scriptures does the Holy Spirit teach we receive Salvation by Baptism. Nowhere in the Scriptures does the Holy Spirit teach we receive Salvation by "Works". Nowhere in the Scriptures does the Holy Spirit teach we receive Salvation by being born into the Roman Catholic Church. Nowhere in the Scriptures does the Holy Spirit teach we receive Salvation by being a Roman Catholic.

Ephesians 2:8-9
[SUP]8 [/SUP] For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,
[SUP]9 [/SUP] not of works, lest anyone should boast.

Look at the thief on the cross mwc68, he never was Baptized, never had a desire to be Baptized, never did any "Works", never was born into the Roman Catholic Church and never was a Roman Catholic mwc68, but yet Jesus Christ did say he would be with Him in Heaven.

Luke 23:40-43
[SUP]40 [/SUP] But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, "Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation?
[SUP]41 [/SUP] And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong."
[SUP]42 [/SUP] Then he said to Jesus, "Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom."
[SUP]43 [/SUP] And Jesus said to him, "Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise."

Paradise is Heaven mwc68.

Its interesting that your path to salvation is not what the Holy Spirit teaches in the Scriptures mwc68.

I showed you where the Holy Spirit says Salvation is receive by believing in Jesus Christ and confessing with your mouth that Jesus Christ is God. Where in this did the Holy Spirit ever teach you needed to be Baptized to receive Salvation mwc68?

You cannot receive Salvation by Baptism mwc68.

Now the question that must be asked and answer is, is teaching that Salvation is received by Baptism doing the Will of the Father?

Another question that must be asked and answer is, is teaching that Salvation is received by "Works" doing the Will of the Father?

Another question that must be asked and answer is, is teaching that Salvation is received by being in the Roman Catholic Church doing the Will of the Father?

Another question that must be asked and answer is, is praying the Rosary to Mary doing the Will of the Father?

You really need to examine yourself mwc68 to see IF you are doing the Will of the Father mwc68. Because if you are not doing the Will of the Father you cannot enter into Heaven mwc68.

Matthew 7:21-23
[SUP]21 [/SUP] "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
[SUP]22 [/SUP] Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?'
[SUP]23 [/SUP] And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'

You may say and believe mwc68, but if you are not doing the Will of the Father you can never enter into Heaven mwc68. I know for a fact praying the Rosary to Mary will keep you out of Heaven mwc68 because this is not doing the Will of the Father.

What's with the repetitious recitations??? To me that smacks of empty religion.

The Holy Rosary is a wonderful meditation on 20 mysteries of Christ. You show your ignorance. I know the rosary won't gain me salvation. But according to you , i have full Salvation because I have and contnue to confess with my mouth and believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is Lord and He was raised from the dead. Why do you say I'm not saved?if this is all it takes, why hassle me on the other things i do?

Possibly because those 'other things' throw doubt on whom you trust?

i.e. roman catholic 'christian'/ 'jesus' is not the jesus of the bible.

they don't obey jesus, nor scripture, and they don't know him, nor seek to know him...

if they do,

they might get saved, and the roman leaders don't want that to happen !!!!!

it they (a rcc catholic)

get really saved and immersed in jesus' name, they usually get kicked out, or killed....
