I don't mind discussing anything with. I am a Catholic and pretty offended at the premise of this thread. You started coming at me hard as if I made up the doctrine, then you insult me, the church, and you even said pointy hat! Is that how you discuss things? I hope your not saying that it. My understanding is we have the Great Commision unless you don't teach that and the heresy of OSAS is what you teach. The book of Acts says the Church shall assemble. I don't believe after i confess the words, its over. James said faith without works (good works not works of the law) is dead. Do you have a dead faith?

1. I need something I am worried about answered by God
2. Go to priest for confession, a washed sinner is better than an unwashed sinner
3. Go to mass, God will hear me if I have drunk Jesus blood and eaten His body

Now of this list which is actually christian? None of it.

All I need to do is pray to God. The rest makes no difference, but I do not know God so I need all these helps, because surely one of them is better than none.

But Jesus was about reality, finding the truth within, not having the barrier, the lostness, the lack of understanding.
