Same here. I can sew buttons and sew up a hole, but I haven't learned how to use a sewing machine, at least not yet. I do enjoy embroidery

My mother taught me....but that needle goes as fast as a chainsaw....
I do iron on shirts though....I only burned myself once with an iron....everyone wondered why me forehead was so red (lol, not really, it just sounds like me) remember never try to iron clothes while wearing them...

If you enjoy that type of thing, a sewing machine is a very worthwhile purchase. You can get a good one for about $100, a little more will get you a few extra features but I'd say to go with a fairly basic one if you've never used a machine before.

I have to get this off my chest.........I feel bad.....ive gone over it in my mind .........thinking how ....so many different ways
I could have handled it ...........I really want a do over..........huh........so im at the beach today......the children were down by the water...
the baby playing in the hole........dark clouds came......everyone packed up and left.........it passed quick and left us alone on the beach.......
So this .....non...beach person comes down with his two teenage boys............and their football...........whole beach empty and they have to throw
the ball over my umbrella and tackle each other right behind my chair.........as I stewed in ......that thought when you look at someone
and think......SERIOUSLY......so instead of the calm approach ......I for some reason decided to attack.......telling him about his self and
how he was a loser.......ok.....get the point........God forgive me for falling into that trap........
