mybe losing home..please need help

We pay our rent on time every month and they always brag about hwo clean our place is...but now today they came with papers saying that they supposidly went back in records and found a month missing which is NOT true. and that we have until 4 today to come up with one months rent or we got two weeks to get out! :( my mom and i cant believe it, we feellike there should be laws against this but i dont know. PLEASE pray we coem up with the money on time and it all works out we already got evicted two years agof omr our last place and i cant lose another home...just cant

​By law, they MUST give you at least one month to find another apartment. Praying God either blesses you with a financial windfall, and/ or they discover their mistake.
 
My cousin's wife and him thankfully loaned us the money, so all is good. Lets hope it stays that way...Iv been praising God sense. Thanks so so much for paying!

I rent a house to someone and can tell you most state laws require a notice of eviction. In North Dakota you need to give 3 days to leave. If you are disputing it then you don't have to leave and the land lord has to take you to court to prove why they are making you leave. Check your state laws because lady is right, they can't just boot you and they can't throw your things out. You as a renter have rights.
 
glad things worked out. i was gonna say maybe you kept a receipt or cancelled check to prove you have paid.
