People gathering sticks could also be shown as similitude of strife in respects to how wood is to fire

Just as it says here (as we are his habitation and he is our rest and our tongues are likened to a fire..

Exodus 35:3 Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations
upon the sabbath day.

You see, the cat is representative of religion and on command the dogs eat the cat, the goat is a tare and the alligators are wheat. The cat on the post is religion thinking that he is Christ and the dogs around the post is grace come to kill religion and when....oh NVM. I am confused also.
