This has been on my heart for a few months now since I heard that the U.S. Supreme Court would decide on legalizing gay marriage in the entire 50 states of the U.S. I have also been praying about it. This is something that no one would ever thought could have happened in the history of this nation, that was established on the Word of God. As the Pledge of Allegiance reads, “one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.” As far as I am concerned, it is becoming one nation under Man’s Jurisdictions and Notion. But how could a country go from there (a sense of reverence for God) to here (no regard for God whatsoever)? Could it be that we Christians are not properly executing our duties and that is causing the evil forces to gain grounds and grow faster and very rapidly than we could have ever imagined?

No matter how smart or intelligent you think you are if you did not create something, be careful about assigning it your own definition because it could obliterate its purpose. That is what this marriage redefinition is causing already.

America, in fact all of the once proud Christianized West, is and will continue rotting from the inside out. Persecution and problems will continue to increase and accelerate.

pedophilia is alreaady rampant among many of the elites that run our country. search "Franklin Scandal".

Something I said to a friend today: I have to say.. I've never been very interested in politics but now more than ever, i don't care anymore, I don't care who runs the country because it's just a free for all.

God runs my country, let them do what they want here because it's just going to get worse.

And I don't mean that in a doom and gloom way, but in a factual way, it is fortold in the bible that things will get worse. Our country will continue on it's path but our kingdom is in Heaven, and our ruler will never change or lose control.

it isn't really a matter of Christians not showing enough love although that is a major issue this was destined to happen from the beginning of time it's all part of bible prophecy and the end times it was going to happen regardless.

LOL This is exactly why I wish the writing was a bit bigger on here. (Yes, I can zoom my screen, but if I do that, I have to scroll left-right constantly.) I thought you wrote "Driving judgement." I'm sure the vast majority of Americans already have Driving judgement down pact. LOL

On a more serious note, I've seen the history of what happens to countries that go for sodomy as a lifestyle. They do die, but it's not instantly. America has 50-300 years to die a slow death. Considering we've had three revivals in the history of America, we can still be Nineveh II. (Nineveh I needed to repent. When Nineveh II faded away from God to become Nineveh III, it did permanently died.) Then again, if history is any indication, we're not due another one our lifetime. (Yours and mine. The young ones might see it.) We've just slid off the cliff and we're free falling. It's a very long way down because God really is long suffering.

I find a lot of the posts are more enjoyable if I CAN'T actually see them.

Sometimes I read the News Forum without my glasses...
just to see if news is better that way.

I fear America will do what many American Christians have already done -- dumped the poor and disabled onto someone else's shoulders, unaware there are no more shoulders.

I'm not kidding here. I have seen many Christians jump of the libertarian bandwagon to avoid helping those who should "pull up their own bootstraps" because it's not their problem. Scares me, since the government is the only one taking care of us. They do a lousy job, but rather a lousy job then no one doing it.

I believe the "long suffering" is about to end.

At my age, I might see the judgment, but then again, I believe I will.
This has been a long process with this being the final straw.

Definitely polygamy and Euthanasia. I've already heard liberals championing both of these things. Once you start breaking down the walls and have an "anything goes!" attitude then chaos reigns.

And free speech will definitely be under attack in the near future. Millennials have a deep hatred of free speech and want all sorts of "hate speech" laws enacted. It will be a while but when they get in charge that will be one of the things they go after.
