Just been listening to the news and it said today has been the hottest day
in July ever since records began in the UK. It reached 98f in the shade in the
hottest areas.

The lowest temperature ever reached was a few winters ago when it was
-16c
I remember that winter, I got a quick shower one morning then set off for work
without drying my hair, only it started to go chrispy and hard in the cold!

It was a call from work and the current manager just walked out and quit. See they were having a manager in training and the current one was showing her how to place orders and what not. I just can't believe she did this especially on a holiday weekend and we have customer appreciation weekend coming up. I know this will benefit me down the road, but still frustrating especially when I have family coming down for the holiday.
