They get let out, the creator only expects 20percent to solve it....What happens if they don't solve the puzzles within the hour? Are they stuck in there forever?

Well went to see the specialist today and he said there is a mass on my dad's lung and spotting on his liver.
They want to do a biopsy to make sure how advance it is, and to see if by chance and a very slim chance (1 %) that it could be something other than cancer.
But the specialist said he is pretty certain that it is cancer, and has said that by his opinion he gives my day 4 to 6 months to live........
