A man who is sweet as a cup of tea
We are two peas in a pod
Man after God’s own Heart
Who holds a key to mine.

Expressing this really meant a lot to me, I just wish this guy
didn't break my heart but I do wish him the very best as I know
God has something better for me

Oh, I'm no poet. I was just going by the rhythm of the piece. You're most welcome. I'm sorry to hear that. It's tough, very tough. But yes, you're right. God has something better out there for you. No, make that 'someone' better out there. :D

looking back, i see God was protecting me.

You are more talented than you realize with poetry and for that I thank you for that and all the wonderful things you said, it made me feel very good

I don't suck up to people. I'm only saying these things because I see them as true of you. :)
As for my writing skills, thank you. I suppose enjoying some forms of writing helps in other areas. :)

I know God was protecting me, but it hurt too much to wait and I know that if he wants to be in my life God will have to write it on a billboard to show me that he is it, but I need to move forward and find the man God wants me to have.
 

Genesis 2:18, 21-23 - "And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man." Amen!

that we forget who gave it all for us,

Woke up to early

Dont feel like sleeping...
Dont feel like waking lol

Just in a zone I guess for now.
