lol i haven't been on a date in yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaars.

ya know, i'm so used to paying for my own things, right? in this case, i'm referring to meals (cuz melita talks about food all the time lol). whenever the group goes out to eat, everybody pays for his/her own meal. but every blue moon, one of the guys will choose to pay for me. i'm very grateful, but i gotta admit. it feels weird. not in a bad way. just... because it doesn't happen often.

Took mom out shopping this morning. Worked a good part of the rest of the day and took a nap. Other then that nothing special here either. :)
 
Still feeling pretty decent. Working on the A/C on a '77 'vette. Condensor leak and a temp blend door problem, along with the belt.
Have a neighbor that keeps his '48 Massey Ferguson tractor in my yard for convenience (he lives out of town and he owns a couple of rent houses across the street). He uses it to mow the lots and he came down today and fired it up. Mowed for awhile and it got hot....water in the oil hot. Told him I might be able to fix it for him but after researching that engine (it has wet sleeves) I declined. Hate that because it would be good for me in several ways. Financially, physically, and emotionally.
But I don't think I can replace those cylinder sleeves. Takes a couple of tools I don't have.

Got the lawn mowed and gonna have my daughters, grandkids, and son-in-law over sunday evening for burgers on my new grill. Had this grill 8 or 10 months and have never used it. That's embarrassing. :p
