20. Then shall stand up in his place one that shall cause an exactor to pass through the glory of the kingdom; but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle. 21. And in his place shall stand up a contemptible person, to whom they had not given the honor of the kingdom: but he shall come in time of security, and shall obtain the kingdom by flatteries. This prophecy tell's about the two last kings, and firs one is about the short time of Roman emperor which dominated the Rome in authority of dictators, and it was the time when Jerusalem was set under the taxes, but soon this king with authority of dictator falls, and new king was raised, the last king, and the last king was the king of republic, and the prophesy tell's that this king is without the honor of kingdom, because in republic kingdom, there is no really king anymore, but time-limited public servant, but no leaders as authority of king's.
