Going great. I graduated from WOL, and am now studying at Midwestern Theological. I'm thinking of taking a few years off between Bachelor's and Master's in order to get some experience as a deacon, before continuing to pursue pastoral ministry.... but I am still over a year away from my Bachelor's, so such plans should wait upon the Lord. Each day has trouble of it's own.
I'm working at an assisted living community/nursing home/rehab center. I work in the kitchen mostly, but get to spend a good bit of time with the "residents" (which is the proper thing to label them, instead of patients, according to my last training seminar).
The management is great on the top, but some of the middle management don't really know what they're doing... which makes the job tougher than it needs to be.
I love cooking. I'd love to be a chef. Is there position available somewhere for a singing cooking preaching philosopher out there in the job market? I want that job. Maybe a decent 1 minute video segment? Let me see if I can actually multitask like that.
