I remember hearing a story back from when my dad was younger and his mom was away visiting her sister. Well, she left her oldest daughter in charge of the domestics and the dinner they had was popcorn and green beans.

I'm appalled at the lack of knowledge in the Bible Discussion Forum, concerning the truth of the New Heaven and the New Earth eg. some believe we won't do anything other than sing and pray to God, some believe we'll be floating spirits, not physical beings. One even believes that the New Earth will be Hell. Good gravy.

Well, I know that the book of Revelation is very complicated to fully understand and many people just don't believe in what will happen and I have seen many churches fall apart over that issue and it is truly sad

Revelation? Yes, that's true that these things happen, but the bits in the Bible concerning the New Heavens and New Earth are fairly straight-forward. There are no dates and events to consider, they're not prophecies that can be misunderstood.

I am still trying to figure out the two people who gave me reps today and I am puzzled beyond belief so I wanted to thank the two people for that and doing it in a rhyme:)

One kidney in the back and a spleen in the front. The spleen is a pretty easy organ to damage and to live without. My husband has no spleen. He used to get bad Staph and Strep infections, till the docs started giving him pneumococcus vaccines. I don't think you can hold alcohol as well without a spleen. Not that my husband drinks since he was saved over 40 years ago.
