Yes, I'm a cattle farmer. We raise 1200 head of beef cattle. We also raise, oats, wheat,
soy beans, and cotton. I'm still farming, I have 8 full time employees, 6 part time.
The farm is 24/7. It's a great life.

I dont think I could be a farmer, I would have to hold my nose every time I walked by the
cattle sheds...and please don't ask me to muck out. Phew

Sorry, not sure who April is but hope everything works out.

Ive got to go also, psycomum has made me hungry and my Aunt has
just woken up from her nap.....now what to eat decisions, decisions.....

Well, today we don't pick anything by hand. It's all done with
equiment, we have to start gathering the oats next week.
The cotton, the first of Oct. The soy beans, the end of Oct.
Then we plow, then plant the winter wheat.
So, lifes good.

Farming areas are awesome. We still have some farms that do it all by hand. There is a guy who goes to my church that started a nonprofit to farm and give food to those in need, i have helped with picking beans on his farm before, now he has an agreement with the jail to get prisoners helping on the farm. Apparently it is a great christian environment for them and the prisoners love it.

I have been to the hospital with my Aunt today to follow up on her
cataract surgery. Praise God she can see better than I can now!

I'm having one of my praise God moments today. Yesterday I had one
of my down in the dumps days, the day before I had one of my "I'm so tired
days". Lol

I'm sure you all know what I mean.

I do know what you mean and I am having an I feel every bit of 60 day.......woke up late and can't get my motor started.....

That would be adorable to see. I love things that are smaller versions of a bigger item. For example when the small cans of soda came out I was telling myself that was adorable and same thing go for kids clothes especially their little teeny, tiny shoes

I don't understand why my cat goes out in the field, catches a mouse, kills it and brings it into the house. He did that to me last night and I realize he is very proud of it and wants to show it off, but I don't like mice. So I had to get Mr. Dusty and Mr. Broom and take the little guy outside. Mice are disgusting, but at least he is doing his part
