So this is just a fun thread, girls and guys talking about their love for anime: I'm curious to know how many current anime lovers are on here in different age groups: in forum and in the chat room: So, this is like a anime cafe~ Just get to know people who like anime, and talk about their favorite genre:

I'll go first: My name is Kittycat7. Im 21, and I wouldn't say Im a Otaku, but I do love anime :p I was first started in English Dub on Youtube: Im actually a Romantic- Comdey genere kind of girl: My first Anime was Peach girl in english dub: then OHSHC in english dub ( tamaki's english voice :p) Then I watched Sukkitte ii na yo, in english sub, and the first 2 seasons of Uta no prince sama: And Im currently watching Ao ride:

I sometimes listen to anime instrumental music osts on youtube: The thing about anime music instrumental, is it's really emtional and yet beautiful: there's the sad ones, the epic music, and the beautiful ones: I can't say I have a specfic anime song I like, cause I just listen to the mixed playlists people make on you tube which consists on differents osts :p

But generally, I love romantic anime. I find it romantic how the Anime guy is different, and dreamy, and always has those cute anime girl guy moments: like standing in the rain, you two at a table and you accidendly stare into eachothers eyes, etc. I wish real life guys were Anime D:

I never "got into" anime, but I more or less enjoyed some of Cowboy Bebop and Full Metal Alchemist. Hellsing was okay, and I liked the art style in Vampire Hunter D.

Ah, yes. Anime has been a thing I've been into for a long while. I've often been into action/shonen, comedy, romance, sci-fi stuff. I have a long list I could go through......

However, though I do like anime, I'm kind of wondering if I should even continue watching it. There's a lot of questions in my mind on this that give me the feeling that I should stop. I mean, I get that it's entertainment and there's plenty of stuff that's not as "over-the-top" as other anime would be, and I don't watch it as often as I used to, but I feel that I'm being told to let it go(as well as video games)......or I could just be depressed. It's just been bothering me for the longest time....hmmm.....

Anime is a Japanese Cartoon: It can be a movie or drama: (series) There's also Managa which is like the comic book version, and most managas come out of Animes: :)

Hm... I've been watching anime since i was a teen and I have to say Naruto and Naruto Shippuden are tied for my favorite. A close second is Sword Art Online because I enjoy the idea of a virtual reality game where you can really die. Odds are if there were VR like in that anime, I would die of starvation due to never logging off lol.

Some others I like are:
Death Note, Inuyasha, Full Metal Alchemist, Attack On Titan, Death Parade, Dragon Ball Z, Trigun, Samurai Champloo, Ghost In The Shell, ...... I forget what other anime I enjoyed. Also, I prefer most anime in to be subbed. I only prefer a few of them in dub because that's how I originally saw them.

I'm not familiar with anime, but anything with titles like 'Death Note' tends to raise red flags with me.

But I could be wrong.

Hmmm... looked up death note. First thing I saw was this. I'm sorry, but the cross belongs to my Savior.

Well the main character has a god complex. So perhaps that's why there's a cross. heh
