I got a call at work today to say my aunt who I live with and
look after had a fall. My manager give me a lift home and I
got there to find the police and an ambulance.

Apoarently someone knocked on the door and she fell over while trying
to get to the door. The police came and smashed a large window
to get in and called an ambulance, I got home as they were getting
her into the ambulance.

It seems she may have broken her arm or dislocated her shoulder
or possibly both. We are waiting for X-ray results at hospital.

praise report: I knew one of the police from work so they were
really helpful and friendly. A neighbour has arranged for the council
to come and board up the window and lock up for me. She just texted me
to say they have been and will replace the window in a few days.

another relative has just texted me to say he is on his way over to the
house to clear up all the glass for me praise God.


please can you pray for my aunt she is 80. Also that work will be
sympathetic. I've just had two weeks off as she had cataract surgery.
pray they will let me have some more time off.

thx everyone I know God is good and answers prayers.

I'm trying to say that my son is an eligible bachelor. And I believe he qualifies for the running. ROFL!! Plus he's a worship leader and a cutie pie. :rolleyes:

The Holy Spirit is dealing with me now. I am waitng for
more direction. When I get it, I will follow.

By the way, I have emailed photos of my family to several of my CC friends here. But as for posting them publicly, I get very squeamish about that. I worked at an IT corp for many years and was made aware of the dangers of the internet. Much of what we did was disaster recovery (business continuity) and the majority of that due to hackers & spamming. Not that I think it's too big a risk here on SYM. But I've dealt with enough hackers, stalkers & wackos to refrain from posting pics of my family publicly.

I haven't slept that long in about six months. I have no trouble falling asleep, but it's staying asleep is my thing. Like last night I only got four hours and woke up at 5:30 chipper as a bird. I seriously do pray that you do get your rest and it's quality rest

Thank you, maybe when things calm down
some, I will. I would be happy with anything
more than an hour. At some point, I will come
crashing down. Just hope it's not a bad crash. lol

I'm thinking that this thread is a far safer gamble than a Facebook or a Twitter or something of the sort. Guessing here that online bank accounts and credit card numbers would be more the attraction. Now watch ... tomorrow my head will appear (photoshopped) on to a "Most Wanted" poster :D
