I am allergic to certain proteins in milk and not supposed to have ice cream, but I do enjoy making ice cream and well what kind of cook doesn't taste her own creations. I tried those lactose free milks and such and apparently that's not the allergen.
Some of those flavors I didn't even know existed....Moose Tracks? (I like that stuff called Puppy Chow so why not Moose Tracks too?) It has to taste better than the name sounds lol
I make a sugar free vanilla, that the kids can't even tell is sugar free (stevia) but my fav to make and taste is strawberry. It tastes like springtime on a spoon. The kids like to take the vanilla ice cream and add stuff to it like oreos, choc chip cookies and cookie dough, and pretzels(?), but eh not my thing....I'll just stick to the strawberry
