Posting it showing the problem would make it easier for people to understand.
Is it one smiley in particular or more than one of them doing this?
I found the post it happened in, but is that one post the only time or has it happened more than once?
If it has only happened once it may have just been a slip up on your end, an accident. If it keeps happening then I have no idea and you'll need some of our geekier users to step in.
In the future it would be best to post these kinds of questions in the User2User Tech section.
