The pain in my back has made me a bit out of it today. I'll most likely be calling my chiropractor tomorrow. Just because I probably threw my back out...IN MY SLEEP. Gah. Either that or I pulled a muscle.
Why must I be so talented? Meh. More like I'm just super restless at night, I don't stay in one spot. It's not too much of a surprise that I did that. Just...how do prevent it from doing this again? I'll try to figure that out. One thing I'll start doing is exercising more. That's a start. Second thing is maybe try and eat more magnesium rich foods.
Either way. I'll be getting to the bottom of this, I will fix this, and prevent it from happening again. Because this has been one of the WORST weekends because of it. Seriously almost went to urgent care or the hospital for it. And I do not like conventional medical facilities.
