Hello all, just popping in for a quick look see

Has anyone else ever tried having a quick bath to help them sleep?
It used to work wonders for me! Two baths and a shower
every day and you are also squeaky clean



Lavender in the water also helps to calm any jaggedness, really!

Doing much better this afternoon, April had her operation this morning.
She's doing good, not great but good. They had to get the fluid off her
brain. After she came out of recovery, I felt better.
Looking forward for church in the morning. Hear Gods word, fellowship
with my church family. Always a delight, to give God the thanks for his
many blessing.
