So- I'm a first time homebuyer!!
We got the house... And the seller is paying the closing costs.... And we are waiting on the closing papers so we can fill them out and get our house...
it comes with a fireplace- dishwasher- stove-refrigerator. Open floor plan- his/her closets. 3/bed 2/bath.
Absolutely... PERFECT!!!!
Lil'Bit wouldn't change a thing about this house... Maybe except the fact I don't have a washer/dryer yet.. Lol but that will come in time.

I want to move in ASAP.... but we cant break our lease unless the closing happens quick fast and in a hurry! Even then... not sure if we would break our lease.... not sure how that works but, I am sooooooo ready to get the heck out of this dump!
I just scrubbed and scrubbed my bathroom... cleaned it for 2 hours... (it was gross to say the least) so when i DO move, I wont have to scrub it like I did tonight lol. Got the hard part of the cleaning done for the most part, now to just try and keep up with it, and train my hubby to do the same.... boy... this should get interesting...
Praise God, for his many blessing in your life.
I'm just about as happy as you and hubby,
