You might try looking farther than the end of your nose. You really think England is a country with only the English in it? What were the English before they were called English? How does Scotland, Wales, and the Irelands like how England perceives itself? You are no more and no less what the Americas are -- a mixed bag.

Blame racism all you want, but you're part of the cause, not the solution.

There is a serious problem with racism two ways -- those who promote it to protect themselves and those who promote it to gain extra-special rights. The rest of us really just want to discuss more pressing problems than pigmentation. We don't even think pigmentation is a problem. Immigration? Sure, but not based on pigmentation.

We're one human family. Everyone has been made in the image of God. We all go back to Adam and Eve. This is one reason why evolutionary teachings are so poisonous to society. Honestly, my family jokes about things like this all the time lol. The "I Have a Dream" speech, goes something like this in my home: I have a dream that whites and blacks would one day unite as one race, etc, etc.

But on a serious note, I'm multiracial and come from at least 5 generations of interracial couples of all colors of the rainbow. And looks like interracial relationships are not stopping in my family anytime soon. Jesus is the solution for everything, including race problems. Racism steams from hatred which is from the devil, because God is love. ONE LOVE

While it may appear racist, I do see the point in it... America may not be claimed for whites since Natives had the land before us, but in countries like Europe where whites have resided in there are people who are getting upset that other nationalities from other countries are dominating through their birthrate as compared to the actual Europeans (average of children by UK whites - 1.5; Arabic UK settlers at least 3.5 since the immigration rates started to skyrocket in the recent years, etc. Even in white America there have been declines of birthrate as compared to other races, blacks being the second with their own factors.)

It's not racist to point out that there are increase and decrease within a certain race. It would be racist to say that nonwhites should be killed or not have their own families and standards of living, though there's a clear difference when given to the argument about immigration policies. I do agree that if whites want to keep their race to strive then they should increase from the average 1.5 (UK) and 2.5 (US) birthrate and contribute more with their traditional route in order to keep a steady rate of the offspring they have in replacement from the previous generation; which has been in decline since around the time of the 1960's and on (known as the hippie era,) since the most birthrates that contribute with the overpopulation theory has been surrounded within countries like India and Africa where many take refuge within the west.

Anyway, that's just my take on what information I've known. I'm tired of it being just because there are white people who want to bring in certain issues of their own into light then that it makes it automatically racist.

My father was the biggest bigot, but strangely it stopped with his children. When I was a minor I followed in his ways, Martin King was slain, I heard it on the radio in my room, I burst into the Den where my family were watching TV, I shouted with glee, Martin Luther King was just shot and killed. But I'm also going to go ahead and say that I am talking about immigration and birthrate statuses as well that can jeopardize certain ethnicity and regions, *as well as economics, as well. How can we support places and people when we can't or are prohibited to start with our own in regards to strive for the right to exist if we are being restricted on questioning and saying anything?

Are you talking legal or illegal immigration? I'm very opposed to illegal immigration. As for legal, I really do think we need to readjust the choices. I know Joe McCartney has gone down in history as an idiot. He wasn't wrong in worrying about communism taking over our country. 60 years later and I'm left thinking it already has.

It could be worse. It could be Sharia Law.

Not really. Then I'd never know that pineapple goes well with chicken and rice. I mean I could live life without ever eating Russian or Mexican foods, but I hear others like that stuff. lol

In America, that feeling that the Irish and the Italians hate each other is fading fast. (My block is mostly Italian, but the next group represented is Irish. No one cares, except when it comes to the battle of "What's for dinner?" lol)

I think that one was caused by the waves of immigrants to our country. At first the Irish were on the low wrung of the ladder. Than the Italians came. So, naturally, the Irish took that to mean, pushing off that low wrung on the heads of the Italians, and the Italians see them as "no better than us." And a rivalry was born, until both groups were well off that bottom wrung and stopped caring, because they became Americans instead. At least, that's the history of my city and neighborhood. (Oddly enough, it was the Italians that settled this part of the city first.)

There's lots of Italians where I live as well as the Irish. For the most part, nobody cares, but I usually get some vibe from Italians, both American and immigrant. An Italian teacher (with the accent and all) I had one year in high school knew I was Irish and tried telling me as to how St. Patrick's Day came about during class on that day, so I was a bit upset over that.
