Global normalcy does not concern me, Omni! I want the truth. And only the truth.
When you find in your evidence all the contextual variables and relative factors, and you take them into account, then deduce via the rules of logic until you can no longer deduce, whatever remains is true.

It is true that polygamy is globally quite common.

Pandora's box has been opened. Anything goes now! Yesterday's unthinkables are the reality of today and today's unthinkables will be the reality of tomorrow. Truly sad. :(
Do you think Christian law should be the standard of law for non Christians? If not, then why is it a problem for you that non-Christians marry the same sex or have several partners?

Never affirmed or denied that. Not once. You are getting your wires crossed.
I care not that it is quite common. Global commonality is not my standard. Would you say there are more nonChristians than there are Christians. For me, I care not. I just want the truth.

The OT is full of People who had more than one wife. The Patriachs had more than one. The Kings had hundreds.
I have never seen any place where God condemns it. It seems to be a cultural issue more than a spiritual one. I
don't think its a good thing for a number of reasons, but that's just my opinion.

No. It is a spiritual issue. Read Ephesians 5. Marriage and the church. It is very much a spiritual issue.
