I arrived here about 5-6 hours ago, sad place to be right now.
The police dept gave the house back to the family this morning.
It's a mess, cleaning co will be here in the morning. They haven't
released her body yet, so, no arrangements have been made.

I'm doing good, trying to console the wife and other family members.
The one daughter from the west coast will be here shortly, all the rest
are already here.

They did get DNA, found her car, her rings, watch, necklace. She fought
for her life, but lost it. They believe it is related to the battered womens
shelter. A women living there, her husband had made threats against her.
She supported the shelter since she retired from being a nurse a few years
ago. She was a rn for 40 years, retire to enjoy life, and someone takes her
life.

She was shot 5 times, not 4 like they first thought. The person that did
this, shot 9 times, 1 in a door, 3 in the walls, and 5 struck her. They were
9, 45 cal shell casing found on the floor.

This is just brutally sad Frank. Prayers of comfort extended to all of you along with the hope that the acquired DNA brings this murderer to justice. A fallen world indeed :(
