And there is nothing wrong about not wearing makeup and in fact act you are saving money, by not using it. Lol. When I do wear makeup I keep it very simple and allow it to look like I am not wearing any. Kudos to you Melita and you are beautiful just the way you are.

That's a funny thing... I love accents... and I find them beautiful!!! However I realized I don't really like all foreign accents in Portuguese... if you know what I mean... :/

And I just realized that I don't like not liking them...

Actually when I think about it.. There is something attractive about a girl that is little bit shy too

But really, and I'm not kidding when I tell you that I am loud... hahahahaha I have a really loud laugh, and I do have a megaphone where my vocal chords should be... and I talk too much... So I do end up being everybody's friend and helping all my guy friends with all my shy and girly girl friends... :)

I am loud when I talk on the phone. I don't know why but my volume goes up a couple of notches on the phone

That's a regular thing for almost anyone, I guess... the "getting loud on the phone" thing, I mean...

Except for a friend of mine... she speaks so quietly on the phone, that it always gets me thinking if the other person is actually being able to hear her... O.o
 
Happiness is a sign of freedom. Confidence exuberates from it. I believe when we let go off things blocking our happiness we can really shine. Yes, we have moments of sadness, anger, etc., but looks at how we react to those things. We can either let them consume us or we can choose to smile our way through. The silver lining always shines bright in the darkest storm. I've learned through trials and tribulations how to laugh to keep from crying. I've learned how to see the impossible and live for the inevitable. "The JOY of the LORD is our Strength."

I am constantly asked where I'm from because of my accent....even when I'm from the same state of people who ask :p ha.

Beautifully written, and one of my favorite scriptures to remind ppl with at times.Again, Jesus said in this world we would have tribulation, but to be of good cheer, because He has overcome the world. I'm getting those lump in the throat, choke back the tears of joy just sitting here thinking about it. And Him. Thank you Jesus, and bless your Holy Name! I think sometimes we feel a bit guilty or that its somehow irresponsible to be joyful, but the tomb is empty, and our God and Saviour is alive! There's a time to every purpose under heaven, true, but, The Joy of The Lord is Our Strength! Bless you, sister, whoever you are, I'm sorry I'm not familiar with your name, and welcome. You made my day! (although I AM making beef stew right now, so maybe it's just the onions:))
