What are the languages (and dialects) that you can speak, and write (and read)? How about the fluency in them?

Mine are as follows:-
Spoken:-
1. English - Fluent
2. Malay Language - Fair
3. Cantonese - Fair
4. Penang Hokkien - Fair
5. Mandarin - Poor

Written:-
1. English - Fluent
2. Malay Language - Fair (They change the words too frequent that I don't know the new words)
 
English - native
Spanish - fluent
Portuguese - fluent
Czech - working knowledge
Chinese - working knowledge
Russian - fair
Greek - fair
Hebrew - fair
 
Indonesian-fluent
English-what do you think about my english?
Javanese-fair
French-forced to learn, so just "poor"
Mandarin-poor
 
English, read it, write, speak it.

Gutter Language, but I don't use it.

Pig Latin, utba Ia on'tda seua ita.

Sign Language, but I only know one word. The one angry drivers use most often. The finger. I don't use it.

Some
Greek,
French
Latin
 
Bad English - native tongue
English - sorta
Norwegian - doin ok by now
Swedish - I know some of it
Choctaw - still trying

I'am pertty good at American.
Everything else is foreign to me.
