I guess 5'9 is considered... average? Normal? She could be the tallest woman in the world, or the shortest woman in the word, and it wouldn't make a difference. Does she love Jesus? That's what matters.

Picky? I don't think it's picky so much as logistics. It actually does make a big difference. And in Australia, the average height of a woman does seem to be taller than 5'6". But if I found someone special and they were shorter than that, I wouldn't blow them off. That would be superficial. I would treasure them, height or no.

Personally, I would struggle with anyone below 5'6", but that's because I'm 6'5". I feel extreme physical height differences do count for something. You don't want to hurt your back every time you go for a kiss, or even a cuddle.

I'm a under 5'2" and my Ex husband was 6'4".....quite a bit difference in height lol

Yup. I've dated girls that were 5'2, 5'2, and 5'0 lol. On average it's probably been about 5'4. I like shorter, but everyone is different.

I have a problem with all sorts of mesmerizing action clips. The continuos circle, the up and down motions, the scary surprised eyed dog ones they all send me into a trance. Lava lamps were my mom's best friend as I was a child it gave her time to herself.

I'm 5'4", my husband was 6'3". We made it work, but yeah, it was an effort. I wouldn't reject someone based on their height, but that's me. I was attracted to his heart.

See this may be an incentive for marriage, Beds allow for height adjustments. For me a good dose of love splashed everywhere always blinded me to height I get "O"'s statement. Even tho I never had anyone more than a foot different than me.

That sounds like the difference between my sister and BIL. She's 4'10, he's over 6".

My mother is 3" taller than my father, she's never worn heels to keep from accentuating the difference.

Back in my dating years most of the women I dated were right about my height (including my wife), but I did date one woman who was considerably taller than myself.
