Even when a stranger or sojourner were circumcised within the tribes of Israel; they were still considered "outsiders".
For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us (Jew and Gentile); Having abolished in his flesh the enmity even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain (Jew and Gentile) ONE new man, so making peace; And that he might reconcile both (Jew and Gentile) unto God in ONE body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them which were nigh. For through him we both (Jew and Gentile) have access by one Spirit unto the Father. NOW therefore ye are NO MORE strangers and foreigners, but FELLOWCITIZENS with the saints, and of the household of God. Eph. 2:14-19
THIS is the true body of Christ.
"He that sacrificeth unto any god, save unto the Lord only, he shall be utterly destroyed.Thou shalt neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt." Exodus 22:20-21
Ye shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I am the Lord your God. Leviticus 24:22
For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. Romans 10:12
