I have a couple of those books of tickets. No E's remaining. Lots of A's, B's, and C's.


Remember when a person, an actual present person answered the phone at a business. "Thank you for calling Sears, may I help you?" Wow!

Remember when most kids, preteens, and teens did not expect handouts and free passes to every challenge and responsibility in life.

Remember when gay meant happy!

Remember when women in bras and panties were never shown on TV.

Remember when selling Avon was door to door: "Avon calling."

Oh, I remember getting ice, ice, ice, very cold glass bottles of milk delivered to our door once a week in the morning. 4 cold bottles of milk. Ice, freezing cold. It was a scheduled delivery right out of a freezer milk truck. Leave the empty bottles for milk man to take, and he left 4 filled bottles.

A completely nostalgic moment. :) I remember when Pikachu would be losing and I was so emotionally engaged when Ash would yell, "Pikachu!"

With Gargoyles I even went so far as to get action figures and I would make them fight each other. LOL :D

Remember when selecting a person to do something we had to do the rhyme "eeny meeny miney mo, catch a tiger by his toe...?" haha

They were the simplest solutions to life problems.

I was a late bloomer when it came to Are You Afraid of the Dark. I will not tell you the age when I started watching it :P
