What if higher powers controlled our leaders to nuke Japan? What if higher powers set up the Waco murders? What if they gave us some hard cases, then controlled some leaders to make some evil laws? Why did the writers of the constitution think they could decide the rights of other people? What if the whole system, is a test? The hardest of test with a very high rate of failure. One we a born into and brainwashed before we can think in schools. Teenagers tricked into voting before they can think much. TV controlled, and a country pride boosted off the charts, thinking we're suppose to be in it? Parents telling us the government is a little bad, but it's the best we can do. All of it set up into a impossible test to pass. Maybe seeing our reactions after we fail it. Will we choose pride, and keep going? Or change for our kids, and stop the brainwashing.

What if Christians aren't suppose to be into government? Did Jesus show interest in government? Would Jesus ask police to take prostitutes from his streets? Would he ask for police to get and arrest people for drugs? Didn't Jesus make wine? Would Jesus ask for good people to hand over their guns? Would Jesus tell gun businesses how to sell their guns?

Aren't Christians little Christ? Shouldn't we do as he would do? It says turn the cheek to a evil person, but we're not. We're going and voting against others rights. Thinking it's ok. We're voting into a system that forces our children into schools to be brainwashed. Not seeing right from wrong. Thinking the majority makes it ok to steal from other people. Isn't that just a bigger gang? We're voting into a system that forces army to follow orders. Murder orders if they want to.

If a virus wipes out the world, and ten people are left. Nine of them men. Can those nine, vote and force the one woman to reproduce with them if she doesn't want to? Or is that rape? The majority doesn't make it ok to vote against other good people. We're twisted. Confused and brainwashed. Could it be a test from higher powers?

Is the goal of the test to swallow our pride, and free our children. Raise them to see right from wrong? To end the deception?

Stop voting and supporting the system. If you want to be heard... Protest, hold up signs. Call police murderers. Stop raising more children to join right in and support it. Voting makes us responsible. If I ask a rapist to go rape, am I guilty? Submit to the government, not follow. Never follow or support a evil government. As we are doing.

The game of what if could go on for as long as time, but alas, there is only what is.

To speak to your broader points though regarding government, history, and politics; there are powers over the principalities and nations indeed. Not all are good powers either. Indeed we are at war with the evil powers that are in governments, both our own and others. Nevertheless we may go beyond merely submitting to government, but even to lead it, or seeing as it be impossible in most nations, especially our America, we may influence it to the degree to that which is lawful. To this end some of your ideas, like not voting, are perfectly valid, as valid as voting is. It doesn't end there though, being free in Christ we have much weaponry and armor to draw upon.

Christians are allowed and encouraged to participate in government, it is even considered a gift. Indeed you have a point though, there is much evil in government too. So indeed politics and government is not for everybody, and those that opt for a minimal role should not be despised, for they may have another gift. I think Paul explains it best (to me at least) in 1 Corinthians and Ephesians. The whole chapters and indeed letters are good for many points, but just some excerpts pertaining to the thoughts.

1 Corinthians 12:27-31

[SUP]27 [/SUP]Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
[SUP]28 [/SUP]And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
[SUP]29 [/SUP]Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?
[SUP]30 [/SUP]Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
[SUP]31 [/SUP]But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

Ephesians 6:10-12
[SUP]10 [/SUP]Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
[SUP]11 [/SUP]Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
[SUP]12 [/SUP]For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

if the united states had not used atomic bombs to destroy hiroshima and nagasaki then there was a plan called 'operation downfall' for invading the japanese mainland...about one or two million american casualties were expected...to say nothing of japanese deaths...

truman approved the use of the two atomic bombs because he believed it would end the war with less bloodshed than the alternative i just described...

And he's probably right, yet the effects of it will be tangible until the end of the age. Every which way but lose ey

Do you believe the world is round or flat?

This is more of how you get distracted, how brainwashed you are, but I'll play to. And it's very interesting it sounds like two Christians support the bombing.
The nuking was murder and unneeded. First Russia was close, and we had other allies. Second, we didn't have to go to Japan then. Or ever. If you're afraid of troops dying, wait. You don't murder innocents to go right then. It was a revenge strike, and to show off the new bombs. No attempt was made to hit a beach. a blatant attack, and murder, on two cities.

Oops. Revenge, showing off a new weapon, and getting a full surrender. Yes. My mistake.

Ever read the Old Testament?
And you're saying others are distracted. I think Satan keeps plenty of people distracted with theories and rants. As a Christian are you more focused on saving souls or going on rants about government conspiracies?
Since you're so justified in your stance by asking what Jesus did, let me apply that question to you. Did Jesus sit around ranting about government conspiracies or teaching the truths of Gods love and salvation?

Good one. He probably wouldn't. I believe he would in person for sure. If people came to him, as they did. Him bothering to get on the internet and talk to Christians, I'm doubting. I believe he was warning Christians not to get into government with the tax question. He was always standoffish, or sounding not interested, on government, and was killed by government. He might scratch his head as to how Christians could get mixed up in it. Why they would vote to the people who protect abortionist. Unless he allowed the test himself.....

Aye, it is no good. The nuclear/atomic weapons are the curse of all nations that possess them, much indeed for America being the only one to use them on people. America must always look over her shoulder for the revenge strike. Indeed not good for America for it is something of a self-defeating problem. In order to get rid of the curse of the nukes, all one must do is get rid of the weapons themselves. However America cannot get rid of nukes for fear of nukes being used on her. Which then feeds into the problems of nations, governments, or factions all ready with nukes, and those in the process of attempting to acquire them.

Here's the most recent Christian related news to the nuclear issue.

Pope Francis urges the UN to end nuclear weapons and Christian persecution | Daily Mail Online

Just to note I'm not a Catholic, but ain't got nothing against them. Just thought it befitting the topic you raise in this post.
70 years after Nagasaki, Pope Francis calls for ban on nuclear weapons | Christian News on Christian Today

This is from earlier this year, also mentions the Catholics but is not exclusive to them. It is of a inter-Christian coalition.
