I never thought I would like this. It sounds pretty gross.

I like storing my mayonnaise on a grilled cheese sandwich with dill pickle slices. Delicious.

1. Take mayonnaise out of refrigerator.
2. Throw mayonnaise in the trash
3. Replace mayonnaise with mustard.
You got it all wrong:
1. Take mayonnaise out of refrigerator.
2. Throw mayonnaise in the trash
3. Replace mayonnaise with butter.

You can actually make some really good burger sauce by using mayonnaise as a base. Recipe:

Two eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground white peppercorns
1tsp strong English mustard
1tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp habanero sauce
1 tsp runny honey
3 cloves garlic, peeled
half a small white onion, peeled
1 tsp dried oregano
1tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
Good quality vegetable oil

Put the mustards, eggs, salt, pepper, habanero sauce, runny honey, cumin and turmeric into a blender and whizz for a few seconds, then put on the lid, open the pouring hole in the blender and turn it on, adding vegetable oil in a very slow, steady, consistent stream until the mix thickens and becomes the consistency of mayonnaise.

Remove the mayonnaise from the blender into a bowl, then put the garlic, onion and oregano into the blender and blitz until puree. Put the onion/garlic mix into the bowl and mix it all together.

Simples.

That tomato sandwich sounds good. Always like a good BLT, too.

Burger sauce/dressing looks good. Not too sure if my stomach would like the habaneros. Probably could leave that out without too much difficulty?

Probably a good tartar sauce to be made for a fish sandwich, too, somewhere out there.

Tartare sauce is even easier. It's basically the egg, mustards, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, a few pickled gherkins and some capers.

Check this.

Go to the dairy section of walmart, like where all the yogurts and stuff are. There will be a jar of horseradish made in Wisconsin (the best state ever btw). Now in a container, mix a batch of 1/4 horseradish and 3/4 honey mustard...This will cause a small plume of smoke to erupt from the container but don't worry. It is actually the hidden ingredients of Alchemy. You have just made gold.
