Connor Franta is one of my most inspirational youtubers (phan or dan and phil to non shippers comes first though) and these videos are just yes. you should be nice to people. you should respect that other people have different views and opinions. you should be able to communicate and debate in a non hurtful way.
Connor Franta 5ever..because 4ever is just not enough ;)

btw the video isnt actually offensive or anything. i cant remember if he cusses in it so maybe be warned of that though!

Connor Franta is one of my most inspirational youtubers...
Inspirational how? He's openly gay and promotes the lifestyle

Fetus Connor was much more fun anyway.

Thats why I said one of my most inspirational >_< I dont expect other people to agree with that. and as for why hes mine: 'race, gender, religion. sexuality. we are all people. and thats it. were all people. were all equal. I dont want anyone to have to be afraid. I dont want anyone to hold back who they are. Its not okay. Its not a good thing.'

Tempting people to sin can never be "inspirational," that's not just MY opinion, but God's opinion. Not agreeing with Him comes at a price, remember that.

But you cant discredit everything someone says because they sin. your sexual orientation is a small part of you and it shouldnt define who you are. Connor Franta sends out this message of how we should be loving everyone we meet and trying to be the best person we can be. Just because hes gay doesnt mean that he cant teach us something good and positive. It isnt a bad thing to be inspired by somebody whos different to you. It doesnt have to mean that you walk away from God either - if you do then thats your doing, not his.

I'm gay myself, trying to teach plenty of good and positive stuff. Promoting the gay lifestyle (aka promoting sin) isn't a part of that though, unlike what Connor does. His is the kinda "inspiration" I (and you for that matter) don't need.

His entire life isnt about promoting the gay lifestyle. Most of his videos do not even mention his sexuality. He can be a positive influence on people. He may not be for you but for others certainly.

"Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing,
but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. (matthew 7:15)

A prophet is 'a person regarded as an inspired teacher or proclaimer of the will of God'. Connor does not claim to be that so essentially that quote isn't really relevant here. Also in that pic he's a panda which is very different from a sheep or a wolf

Indeed and that's why he's a FALSE prophet, duh. Irrelevant, fact remains he pretends to be harmless, though he's not.

To be a false prophet you have to claim to be a prophet and in fact not be. As he doesn't claim to be a prophet he cannot be a false prophet. And just cos he 'harms' you doesn't mean that everyone will react in the same way. Individual variables need to be taken into account as well.

That's not how you spot a false prophet.

[SUP]15 [/SUP]“Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. [SUP]16 [/SUP]By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? [SUP]17 [/SUP]Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. [SUP]18 [/SUP]A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. [SUP]19 [/SUP]Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. [SUP]20 [/SUP]Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them. (Matthew 7: 15-20)

Individual variables are meaningless, God's will alone matters:

Obey me, and I will be your God and you will be my people. Walk in obedience to all I command you, that it may go well with you." (Jeremiah 7:23)

God teaches to love everyone too. Why, when a gay teen that promotes his sin says it you find it inspirational, but when God says it it has no affect on you?
Honestly your support of this message from a homosexual, but ignoring that God said the same thing 1000s of years ago shows where your priorities and interests are.

Individual variables do matter. People do not all react to a situation in the same exact way. So someething that may influence someone to steer from their path of God may however strengthen someone else's connection with God. It does depend on the person.

Just because I'm saying that this guy inspires me cos of his message doesn't mean that I disregard God. But sometimes it's easier to connect to someone who's similar to you where you can just watch a video and understand it because as humans we cannot even begin to imagine God like he is beyond our comprehension and everything for him is very different to the life we live

Such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, masquerading as apostles of Christ.
[SUP]14 [/SUP]And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. (2 Cor 11:13-14)
Literally these people can be anyone. A youtuber, a priest, a youth councellor, a social worker, even a parent. Obviously some of these may have a negative effect on you but not all of them will do. Some will inspire you to do good with your life.

Sure, put your trust in priests and vloggers instead, best of luck to you.

I understand God cried. He died. He bled. He felt compassion. He felt anger. He felt rejection and betrayal. He feared so strongly he cried tears of blood. He knew temptation. He knew physical pain greater than any you've felt. He knew what it was like to have God turn His back on Him. He knew what it was like to give up His life for people who would mock and disregard Him, simply because He loved them so much. He felt hunger. He was homeless. He understands bent human as well, or better, than you. So this concept you can't relate to Him only means you haven't taken the time to get to know Him. If you had you'd know He can relate to you more than some stranger on the Internet. God has seen more than you can imagine and has a better insight to the human heart than humans do, because He created us.
And the reason I say you are unaffected by Gods message is because the only posts I see from you are about homosexuality, not God and your relationship with Him. I don't see you speaking of God like you do speaking of your homosexuality or a stranger online who is homosexual. Your words reveal your hearts desire.

Firstly, my posts on here are generally not just praising God because to praise him I do that directly to him through pray so my posts on here do not really reflect that because they are more looking into a problem Im having or talking about something that interests me.
Secondly, God does understand me more then I probably even understand myself but that doesnt take away that for me I do not work well with just reading the bible and being able to connect with that. I connect more with talking to people or watching something on youtube. idk my mind is just more perceptable to that. I used to know a guy online who was like a father to me and he told me that its okay if Im not at the stage where I can connect to God that way yet because God knows me and will be able to communicate with me in whatever way I will understand. Its like I watch vidoes of like Tony Anthony and that sort of people and that gets to me because they are relateable for me.
