I don't know if anyone knows who Rick Bayless is, but one of his guacamole recipes calls for minced roasted garlic (get it dark in your pan), minced onion, cilantro, add a splash of red or apple cider vinegar....soo good

I hate avocados... they literally make me sick... that was until I met guacamole... I could never guess it was made with avocado.. really... down here everything you do with avocado is sweet... when I saw it mixed with tomatoes, onions and all those herbs I went nuts!!! Awesome!!!

Hey I noticed no one answered you. So I guess I will since I'm the one who brought up Henry first haha. He's just cute and handsome. He's super adorable. He also plays Clark Kent in Superman, a very likable character.
I'm a little upset that he's not playing Gaston in the live action movie of Beauty and the Beast.
I think he would've been perfect for that role.

Wow... around here that's all there is... avocado ice cream, avocado mousse, avocado in a fruit salad with condensed milk and whipped cream... and the avocado shakes... I just can't stand any of that... it's just awful... gross... hideous... bordering evil... and just wrong!
Yeah it does sound wrong. I know what an avocado tastes like, and making it part of a dessert would just... just be wrong.
I have a good ability to synthesize tastes in my head. If I take two things and mix them I can usually predict fairly accurately what the result will be. And using avocado like that... Nope, can't do that. My brain threw up a "does not compute" error message and promptly shut down.

This reminds me of a Calico cat we had when I was young. Her name was Patches and she loved our Beagle doggie, Ralph.
One day an elderly neighbor visited us dragging her doggie along on his leash. He was a real meanie and was growling at our sweet-natured Beagle. Patches was sitting on our stereo console watching intently as the snarling dog approached Ralph. All of a sudden that mean dog went for the throat of our beloved doggie like a ferocious coyote! Not but a few seconds later our kittycat was on that mutt like the Tasmanian devil! Patches was spinning around that dog's body like a gear, biting into him and tearing his fur off with her claws and teeth!!! He yowled in fear and pain and couldn't get away from her fast enough!
Ralph just stood there is awe watching Patches do her stuff. It was amazing! Patches loved Ralph so much, she risked her own life to save him. Ain't that something?

The most astonishing thing about that incident is the fact that Patches defied the laws of physics as she revolved herself around the body of that mangy mutt in fantastic revolutions and then ending directly underneath the dog with all four sets of her claws pierced deeply into him and her teeth in his neck. That cat must have really loved Ralph.
