Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to a better understanding of ourselves.

The law will keep you thinking about how not to sin (sin consciousness)
Grace will keep you thinking about GOD loves me (right standing before GOD consciousness)

The Law tells me if I accidentally hurt a neighbor's pet, how much I should give in restitution. (Not how much I should give as an American, which is less money, but how much for God's just system.)

The Law taught me when I was working on a customers order and charged by the hour, if I spent an hour and 20 minutes on the project, it is better that I charge an hour and 10 minutes, just in case I misread the clock.

The Law taught me it is better to avoid conflicts with neighbors than to build a wall between us.

The Law taught me that God isn't so rigid that if something happens to me that I cannot celebrate a Sabbath with him, he has no problems waiting for me to come when I can.

The Law taught me what God thinks justice is.

If you're buying your groceries with an L.L. Bean sponsored credit card, does it really make sense to have the people behind you wait for 15 minutes because you're trying to redeem a coupon for the wrong size product to save a quarter?

Law will show you what you need to do but a person will be using will-power to do them and eventually they won't be doing these things in truth but rather out of obligation to obedience to the law.

I wish there was a way to put a whole thread on ignore that I don't want to see every time I look at threads on the front page.

if they finally go off the first page and someone responds to that thread after its off the first page which then would bring that thread back to the top of the first page it would automatically be ignored agiain.

I know I can just not open them but some of them are annoying to see.

BTW it was just a random thought.

I always see people looking at their phones they can be highly addictive ,a desktop is larger and somewhere around $600.00 and a smart phone is probably about the same price.

I haven't seen the watches yet.

that should have been done where there is a quick line or at a time where the situation is relaxed.

Too many groceries to go to the quick line. She was the only one in front of us and most of her groceries were already rung up. (Therefore we had enough room to put all ours down, and kept wondering if we should just put them back in the basket. We warned the woman behind us, and we watched that woman leave the store while we still waited. lol)

Freezing temperatures coming over the weekend, so I have to bring in all the tender perennials for the winter. My back is already sore.

This might put me out of commission for a while. (I wish I had a laptop or a TV for my bedroom, if I'm going to be stuck in bed for a few days.)

Time to go put the garden to bed for the winter.

I would prefer the word desire instead of obligated.

We love because GOD because GOD first loved us and love never fails.

Well, if I accidentally ran over a dog worth thousands of dollars and God's Law says to pay twice the amount, "obligated" is about the best I could do.
