Changing plans without prior noticed can be quite annoying...

what annoys /irritates me is the heavy traffic i experienced everyday going to work especially when my shift fall to rush hour traffic, thank God my shift now is much earlier than normal shift but we change shift every month so i will always have to deal with traffic.

My facial expressions can remain stoic at times, or my facial expressions just doesn't match up to what I'm feeling. So people misunderstand what I'm saying constantly because they're reading my facial expressions. It's quite obnoxious.

When you simply want to be irresponsible and take a day off to do nothing, but you're to responsible to allow yourself to to that!

People that use Christianese langauge. Let me give some examples.. I have a friend that always says "I'm just chasing the Lord's presence." That's fine and dandy and everything... But what does that mean? How do you do that? Is He some schoolgirl crush playing hard to get, and you chase Him through the field of dandelions? How do you chase God? Another is "I'm just waiting for God." Yes it's important to trust Him and wait for His timing, but what do you do while waiting? Do you sit and twirl your thumbs? Text people? Play a game on your phone? Take a nap? Or do you do your part in God's plan while waiting? Surely I can't be the only one that feels this way.

this just happened.

someone came in (not a current patient). he said another person referred him to us, which is awesome. he asked how much it is to get a massage. i kindly let him know we don't do massage here, but we do adjustments. "huh. then why would [insert name here] send me here? he said you do massage." once again, i explain we do adjustments. "i can't have adjustments done on my back. i wonder what the doctor can do for me. can i talk with him? or is he busy with a patient." he's with a patient, but if you don't mind waiting. "oh i have things to do. how long do you think it will be." about 20 mins? "no. nevermind." *leaves*

wat.

When in danger or in doubt
run in circles, scream and shout.

That's what I recommend for people while they are panicking. It keeps them out of our way while we are figuring out how to deal with a problem. ;)

He had time for a massage. But suddenly had things to do besides waiting. Obviously.

When a 34 year old acts like a 12 year old boy when he doesn't get his own way.

I am in charge of a recruiting event for tomorrow to take a lot of people out for a corn maze. All the details have been expressed and have been known by everyone. We have 25 people going, along with my coworker. My coworker texts me today, complained because we are leaving at 530pm in order to get to the corn maze and he needs to pick up his car in the shop right at 5pm (we are leaving at 6pm for the corn maze) and wants to have dinner. And it's stressing him out.

I apologized that he is feeling stressed about this but that maybe he can come later to the corn maze to meet with us. Since we are having a large group already going, I feel changing the time for one person will add so much confusion.

He proceeds to get angry at me because I won't change the time, I calmly tell him it's because we have reservations right at 6. He demands that we need to "talk" after our lunch break, and I said, "Are you telling me or asking me? I definitely do not want you to feel stressed! But, changing the time after planning this for 4 weeks, at the last minute for one person just doesn't make sense. If you do want to talk, I will be doing some recruiting stuff and will not be at the office, but you can come where I'll be and we can talk and I can hear you out!"

I am waiting for a response.

Sorry, I would never expose this kind of stuff out over Interwebs or just to anyone. But, I just don't understand. It's about control and he's making it about him. As much as I want to change the time for him, it's going to affect all the rest.

Ugh. I don't know. Lol.
