Stopped by a cafe before work:
Bacon, egg, and gouda breakfast sandwich on toasted wheat
Fresh squozen orange juice
Fried seasoned potatoes

And now.....coma.
 
Went to Cheddar's last night and had Keywest chicken and shrimp with loaded baked potato and salad.

Discovered this stuff and I love it....
Also a lot of protein per serving size.
Had one this morning with raspberries and chopped pecans.
