Lol I seen that one too, was gonna post it in a bit, but nice you save me the time and the minimal effort it takes to copy paste links. #DarthJarJar.

For real though, I never understood why so many people hated JarJar.

Because he was an unyielding onslaught of animated fail.
 
I'd be the last person to be politically correct, but even as a teen it was pretty obvious to me that Jar Jar was a racist stereotype. Also, he's not an interesting character, he doesn't have a purpose (really) and he's pretty much every annoying, useless character in fiction personified in an alien amphibian exterior. It's a no brainer. Jar Jar stinks.
