I've been up studying for a bio exam that I have on Thursday for the past 4 hours...and now I'm starving.....but it's breaking all of the fit and healthy laws to eat at this time of day. So much inner turmoil. I'm fairly certain that stuffing my face will win out though. Today was leg day and that just makes me super hungry....

I know this is not the appropriate time to share this info, but I think I should.
My parents are strict Pentecostals who go to a church that, to me, behaves like a cult. We have never owned a T.V.. I was never allowed to watch movies (not even animation ones like The Toy Story), listen to secular songs or follow comic superheroes. I watched my first movie only when I was 17, and that too, without the knowledge of my parents.
Today, I watch movies, go to the theatre, listen and play secular songs and follow comic superheroes - all without the knowledge of my parents. My childhood was not the way I would have wanted it to be.
Oh my goodness, that is too much pink for my eyes!!

Donkeyfish, I've seen The Goonies, but I wasn't allowed to watch it as a child. I enjoyed it, but not as much as if I'd seen it as someone younger than I was in my mid-20s. Still a good movie though.
