Of course you qualify :) We should be a collective of many thoughts to bring us to a singular point- all leading us to Heaven hand in hand...that's what I envision anyway; although I might have to wear mittens...it's pretty cold around here! Lol!!
I said that because I sometimes feel quite young in my faith, since most of my life I wandered the wilderness... my eleventh anniversary of being baptized was just last Saturday! :) I see some people saying they have essentially been Christian their whole life, or as long as I have been alive. That is a long time! LOL :)

I miss Paul Harvey. He was a staple in my life for many years. No need to fret, he always shared his love for the Lord so we know he's home with God.

I have witnessed Christ's love for us on many occasions and in many ways. I have witnessed at deaths door as well as my traditional fishing expeditions with my family and friends. When I plant my flower garden each year or when my children or grandchildren come and tell me of there hurts or troubles.
I look at myself as the church at least a part of it. The stories in the gospels, the promises of Christ, the truth of God the hope and truth it brings puts a joy in my heart.
My grandkids come to me sometimes to spend those peaceful times with me as we walk to the fishing hole or go on one of are woodlands adventures. My son's ask my advice on matters at work or there girl problems. The dos and don'ts. My friends as they go through there hardships and troubles.
I make it a habit not to preach but to teach in those moments....to consider as Jesus often said.
When those moments are repeated back to me at a Sunday dinner or in a quick text or phone call it lets me know the word of the Lord never returns void. I never leave it in the hands of the church, I am and we all are the church. So please let your light shine each and everyone. You don't have to be prompted this is who you are a child of God .

Jewelers put diamonds on dark backgrounds so that the contrast helps you focus on its beauty. Yes, as the love of most waxes cold, the love of God or Christians stands out more. It has become so bad that politeness is often mistaken for flirting- cause the love between a man and woman is the only love they understand when someone is not related to them. Still God calls us to shine like stars in a crooked and depraved generation. (Philippians 2:15)
