He's the main villain from The Princess and the Frog...I found him scary and I was already 19 years old when that movie came out! LOL He does a lot of witchcraft.

Upon looking up all the Disney villains... I really just don't fit any of them. =/ Alas! My Villainy is too great for Disney's world!

Nah, Scar's "Be Prepared" is hands down THE best villain song ever.
