I've made these before, (minus the coconut, because my sister hates coconut). They're really cute! Desert Burgers

the "hamburger" is a mini peppermint patty, sandwiched between two vanilla wafers. to hold them together you need red and yellow frosting. you frost the bottoms of the wafers, one red, the other yellow, sprinkle your coconut on the top one, and put them together with the peppermint patty. to make the sesame seeds on top to stick, you spread a thin layer of corn syrup on top of the top wafer and sprinkle the seeds on top :) These look like they have a slightly different frosting from the ones I do, I'm not sure what it is.

I ran into these guys earlier and they said their brownies were perfect for a potluck (they were pretty giggly when they said potluck. Idk why)
