Joint Heir, Its sad when a person takes a strong stand positionally before they have finished their homework. Ive told many of them we'll explaint it to them on the way up. God bless everyone
I've provided plenty of scripture now, providing scripture that doesn't exist while you fly away is not appealing.

Why would you pray for something so deviant? I keep presenting scripture and shall continue to do so. I'll do a little better at ignoring the hate filled attacks and ignore your posts and stick to the word.
Oh brother, you still don't get it. Well, I am getting lots of entertainment. :)

and you think you're better than the millions of Christians who have died for Christ, and deserve a quick and easy way out of persecution...

you want a tribulation-free ending... you're not gonna get it.

In literary terms, I call this "putting words into people's mouths."

The problem with this kind of argument is that it takes the condemnation stance. God convicts, Satan condemns. That's why we need Scripture but Scripture has already been provided for both sides. Miktre and a bunch of you just keep going at it. It's time to let it go. You've done your job. Now let God do His.

and what do you think pre-tribulation does?
after studying this, that's all it teaches: favoritism and escapism. We already have one person on here who says "i wont go through tribulation" when the Bible CLEARLY states you will go through tribulation in John 16:33... you cling to a man-made doctrine that offers a false hope

The problem with this kind of argument is that it takes the condemnation stance. God convicts, Satan condemns. That's why we need Scripture but Scripture has already been provided for both sides. pre-tribbers have done the same in the past, so you cant sit here and claim that post-tribulation accuses every one... I've been accused of many things in the past by people who say if i dont believe in pre-trib, then i'm going to hell... even some people in here have implied it already.

that's right. Let God do His thing... and when it comes to the point where you're still here, staring in the face of Satan incarnate, you can't whine and complain by saying "no one ever told me!"... people did tell you... but you chose to not listen. you chose to believe in your false teaching.

in fact, I honestly dont think many of you pre-tribbers will be saying "no one told me"... some will be so convinced that they're gonna be raptured up before tribulation, that when Satan does come and proclaim to be Christ, many of you will be deceived, and even kill others in the name of Satan... you don't believe me, look at Paul... Paul was convinced that killing Christians was what the Old Testament called him to do because he thought they weren't following the law...

i have a strong feeling that it will become something like that really soon... especially when Antichrist makes his appearance on the world stage

I'm not here to judge people when it comes to pre-trib or post-trib, however God has called us to not be deceived about the End Times... I grew up with the concept of pre-trib all my life, and now having seen the loop-holes and the sin that accompanies it, i accept it for what it is: a lie from Satan.

I let God do whatever He wants with this timing, because He has this completely under control, but there will be MANY people who will be hurt, confused, discouraged, and angry when their pre-trib rapture doesn't come to pass... it's not something i want to see happen.

I'm also an ex-prib believer for similar reasons Zilla. It was about the 10th false prophet who came to me and said when the rapture would be, that didn't come to pass, that I realised it was from satan. One turned out to be a witch.

i dont say these things out of hatred... i say this out of love... it gets frustrating to see Satan have such a stronghold on Christians today to have them think "I wont suffer for the name of Christ"... that is dangerous thinking... that has the ability to lead even the most devout Christian astray

Sigh, nevermind. You go on ahead and keep pushing verses in people's face instead of letting God speak to them. Good job. You're a great servant.

But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. 1 Thessalonians 5:4

The day of the Lord will come as a theif to those who are not prepared, but to the Bible believing Christian who is a watchman, he will see the day approaching. Some people have no idea how close we are to the end time. The day may creep of on some of them as a theif. But some of us who are watching, we are waiting for the Great Tribulation to start.

Those who believe there's no rapture at all are a minority so we generally keep quiet :).

no, they don't.
So if they jump off a bridge, you should jump off a bridge too, then? That is a pathetic reason to do what you're doing. Just because a group of people have forgotten that it's not their job to convince, it doesn't mean you have to follow after them in the same manner.

you ever studied the history of this doctrine, oopsies?

common sense?... okay, lets use common sense to answer the question:

in the history of the church, post-tribulation has historical evidence and Biblical teaching starting from the early church in the 2nd Century and found in writings such as Irenaeus, Hippolytus, and Justin Martyr...
where as pre-tribulation only started it's rise in the early 19th century with Edward Irving in the Catholic Apostolic Church in Scotland...

if pre-trib were so important, as all of you pre-tribbers state, God would of not hid it from the church for 1600 years...

common sense says:
there's something wrong with pre-tribulation.

I don't think you're a minority but the keep quiet part should be for everyone.
oh really?...
so I guess we shouldn't "contend for the faith which was once delivered unto all the saints" as stated in Jude 3...
