I got my workout in this morning...
Long-lever crunches, spider planks, plank jacks, diagonal get-ups, mountain climbers, side crunches, jump-up burpees, squat rotations, side planks, double-leg stretches... etc.
Weights later... I'm moving to back to two workouts per day, so I've gotta push it. ^.^
Other than that, today is football
