Okay so i was dating this guy for about 6 months and then i broke up with him i tend to do that because i dont want them to break up with me. But about a year and a half has past we still no longer together but we still pray to God for our "SOULMATE" so about a month ago i got a comfermation that he is the one but now heres the hard part he is in a realtionship and she is pregenant and idk what to do help please God bless
 
Keep praying about it. So many people are convinced they hear from God yet things don't work out.
Or may there's a lesson to be learned here. That you aren't ready. You know you are going to dump him and hurt him if you date, yet you date anyways to fulfill your own selfish desires. It's a little hard to feel compassionate when you keep entering relationships knowing ahead of time you're going to hurt them. Perhaps until you are capable of entering a relationship with the right intentions, you shouldn't be in one.
 
Also 'soulmate' is an ancient pagan teaching with no biblical basis. We are created for God, not for others. And since there is no marriage in heaven, neither new ones or old ones from earth, it makes less sense to think people are created for one another.

I don't think you got a confirmation that he's your soulmate.

I believe you believe that, and am not shooting down your hope - what would life be without it? - but in any case, the facts are that you two are not currently together and that he has a life outside of you. Be respectful of him and the situation, and don't stress about what will or won't be. If it eventually works out between you two, it will happen in its own time.

I'm not sure what his situation is right now with this girl and the kid on the way, but I imagine you interceding now may be very poor timing. I hope you don't do that to him.
