I wouldn't say Apple users are all that Roh_Chris, but I will say Apple has a lot of parallels to Godiva chocolates.

They both used to be great.

They both are not as good as they used to be.

The competition in both computer and chocolate world has gotten better while Apple and Godiva declined.

Both are still very expensive.

And they both still have a die-hard fan base who think they are the best and will pay for them.

On the upside, while they are buying really expensive stuff that is no longer as good as it used to be, it keeps demand (and thus cost) down for the really good stuff and I can get good chocolate and good electronics for much cheaper than I would if they woke up and realized what they were missing. :D

Okay so it's kind of obvious I might be moving churches soon.

So you all know I just moved on Halloween. Well, the church I currently go to is now 40 minutes away. You guys know I love the people that are there, and I'm really great friends with the youth pastor and his wife. (who are due to have a baby THIS WEEK so please keep them in your prayers :) ) Well, he recently announced 2 weeks ago that he was leaving the church we're currently at....to go to a church that's 15 minutes away from my house. Which I've been thinking yeah, what a coincidence. But I'm still not sure about moving.

Well, I just found out that church is moving buildings...to a place that's now 5-7 minutes away from my house. ...I don't think that's a coincidence.

What a coincidence. Just a couple of days ago my father told me an easy way to get more gas money. Fart in your wallet.

Cajun fried turkey. Apple pie. Six inches of snow. Fuzzy purple scarf. Insanely bright pre-lit Christmas tree. Gift shopping from under a cozy quilt. Store brand Fruity Pebbles all over the floor.

Wait, what? Dang it.

Hey, this is fantastic news Lil! Yeah, living 40 minutes from church can work, but it isn't at all ideal. You need to be close enough to your church to participate regularly multiple times a week. Plus, get a ride when necessary. I love that God has provided a place for you closer to home, and shown it to you in such a way. :)

Well.. well... well.... I owe you all an explanation.

Firstly, I was joking and that is why I put the  at the end of my comment. Secondly, and this is my fault, I should have used less-abrasive words.

I apologize if my words hurt anybody. That was not my intention. Personally, I have a strong dislike towards Apple products, barring the first generation ones, which I acknowledge were truly innovative. Also, the millions of Apple "fanboys" who go berserk when a new version of the same Apple product hits the shelves, annoy me to the core.

Anyway, that does not justify my strong words. So, please accept my apologies, if my words hurt any of you. :)
I can't speak for the others that replied to the other post, but my post was posted with the same humorous intent that yours was. I've been picking on Stilly about his love of shiny Apples since long before you joined.

Thank you, Oncefallen. I am glad that you saw the humour in my post. My intention was to pick on Apple users, but some thought I was being spiteful. :)

By the way, how tall are you? There was a recent thread when I awarded you the shortest member on CC, but AlaynaJ countered that. I am almost 5'6". Are you taller or shorter than that? :p

I knew Roh was joking too...no worries, brother! :D

Also, Abing, I got the pink iphone 6 for my birthday last month. It's actually my first iphone, had the Samsung Galaxy S3 before.

The pink iphone 6 looks really tempting...

Now if it was a gift, that is different. Something for free is always accepted.

(Though I may not use it... there's always resale value. :D )
