So apparently as crazy as it sounds, exercise is good for a small cold.

I was ill with a small bug for the past three days, sinus drainage and all. Who would've thought that light exercise would make you feel better. I guess getting your blood flowing helps out your immune system better.
That, and thank the Lord for pure vitamin C tablets. Those things are your best friend for a virus/cold.
