Definitions of Terrorism in the U.S. Code
18 U.S.C. § 2331 defines "international terrorism" and "domestic terrorism" for purposes of Chapter 113B of the Code, entitled "Terrorism”:"International terrorism" means activities with the following three characteristics:
- Involve violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law;
- Appear to be intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
- Occur primarily outside the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S., or transcend national boundaries in terms of the means by which they are accomplished, the persons they appear intended to intimidate or coerce, or the locale in which their perpetrators operate or seek asylum.*
- Involve acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law;
- Appear intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination. or kidnapping; and

- Is calculated to influence or affect the conduct of government by intimidation or coercion, or to retaliate against government conduct; and

Watched the Canadian CBC left wing news tonight and it was hilarious.
The main broadcaster was so PC it was ridiculous. But apparently his network set him up to interview two former FBI profilers.
The were amazingly blunt - it was terrorists - that is all there is to it! The anchor kept asking if maybe it was workplace violence, etc, etc, and The ex FBIer just kept giving the 100 reasons why it was terrorists. He tried with the second guy, who told him that this was a planned Muslim terrorist attack.
I thought the anchor was going to have a bird! No, no! In Canada we are pluralist and tolerant, even if that means ignore the facts and the experts.
I guess those guys were able to speak freely because they weren't with the bureau anymore. I hope it taught the entire CBC a lesson. That is, if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck:

Clinton gives speech railing about stricter Gun Control Laws needed, and quotes stats to support her assertion. Stats like 90 people a day are killed in the US by guns, equating to 33,000 a year. Ok.........even IF these are accurate stats, and they may be........but Fact Check should verify IMO.......BUT, even IF they are accurate, let us consider this.
Because of her setting the "Standard" for the need for stricter gun control laws............how about this?
OVER 90 people a day are killed by DRUNK DRIVERS in the US, equating to OVER 35,000 a year!
Why, pray tell, are not her and Obama, and ALL the socialist liberals SCREAMING for STRICTER ALCOHOL SALES LAWS?
Do the innocent lives of the men, women and children KILLED by drunk drivers NOT MATTER?

We all knew it was coming. France has 3-5 million Muslims. I don't know the number of Muslims living in the U.S., but it's inevitable that a few will become radicalized. We are a country of soft targets. They knew there would be little or no resistance. It does seem odd they were wearing protective gear, as though they didn't want to be killed.
Right now, in several American cities, there are young Muslims viewing hateful content on the internet and asking themselves if it is time for them to take action against the infidels. Will they choose a bus, a subway train, a movie theater, a crowded restaurant? Maybe a funeral or a peace march?
The economy, global warming, income inequality, the deficit, they all will take a back seat to terrorism in the upcoming elections.

Some asked why the government is hesitant to call this terrorism? Because there is currently a Syrian refugee debate going on in America. Some American politicians and christians want to allow the Syrian refugees 2 settle in America and they don't want these acts of terrorism in France and San Bernadino to derail the Syrian refugee relocation in America. They want to open the doors of America wide and let more potential terrors live among us on American soil, and calling it "terrorism" doesn't help them accomplish that. I read in 1 article that San Bernardino is 1 of the Syrian refugee resettlement sites. Terrorist were evidently connected there and planning 4 something bigger because of all the bombs that were found. 4 all those Syrian refugee sympathizers, it's time 2 wake up.
