Wow, melita, that was really beautiful. Got me a little choked up, that song usually gets to me anyway, but that may be the first time it did without hearing the words. Nicely done!
Dear blondie and violet, I don't know how to add any fancy pics, or much of anything else for that matter, and have been thinking of gracefully bowing out from here, not having much of anything to contribute to be of help to anyone.
You two have been 2 of a few that have been nice to me on my time here, magenta, JesusLives also come to mind. Just want to thank you for that and for this thread and just to say I love you. More important, Jesus loves you. Merry Christmas.

Ah Syd don't go we are just starting to really get to know your personality which isn't half bad by the way. We need everyone here otherwise how else can we all together be a dysfunctional family? We need each other to keep each other in line...lol....

Well, thx, JL, I think...since 'isn't half bad' also means 'isn't half good', so I'm not sure if you meant a half-compliment or a half-sarcasm, but based on my life's experience........
(But this isn't the place, this thread is for good cheer, and I don't want my woes to take away from that, so it's probably best for all involved that I stay away, I just don't know).
I was joking which I do most of the time in case you hadn't noticed your personality is fine. Sounds as though you are a little down so don't leave just because you have some rough days.... Even if the whole world was against you remember this one thing....God loves you and you are worth the death of His Son. That fact is what keeps me here on CC as the membership can get a little rough at times toward each other....but not in this thread. We are all about snow and happy holiday décor and encouragement for one another.
Two weeks after I joined people were calling me names on here and I talked to God about it and I stuck around anyway....
I am so glad I stayed because had I left I never would have met tourist and my life would be so much more dull than it is now. Stick around as the fire is warmer when coals are together.... That lone coal on the side of the fire will go out pretty quick all by it's lonesome..... We need each other....
Now about time for another pretty picture....

Sometimes we have to fight like he** to crawl back into the cheery zone when we have things bearing down on us . CHOOSE to stay and fight Sydlit! God is greater. God is right here with us. Choose to stay with your family! Greater is he who is in me than he that is in the world. You can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens you.
Be determined to be present to help others and cheer others up who are struggling as well. Together we are the body of Christ.
