I don't think I need asthma on top of my lousy physical condition: I might even have some degree of it, just haven't been tested for it :p

hope it's something that can be fixed Brenna

and yes I do physio. But I was more thinking about about the fact that I hate working out, and I tire easily, so I sound like a steam train if I run much more than ten metres :p

les than 3 years ago; i would finish in the pool, drag myself up the ramp to ground level; and have to sit and catch my breath for 10 minutes

now i can just about walk staright out to the carpark
